FUNERAL DIRECTOR & EMBALMER'S INFORMATION BOOKLET

Safety of all professionals working with CJD patients is very important. To address this issue with funeral directors and embalmers we have available an informational booklet, Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease: A Practical Guide for the Embalmer provided by the New Jersey Funeral Service Education Corp. This guideline has been passed by resolution by the New Jersey and the New York Funeral Directors Associations as their guidelines for dealing with CJD cases.
