On Tues., January 8, 2013, my son-in-law Adam lost his mom to CJD, a disease we know little about, except that it is fatal.
She was a remarkable woman in her life. She embraced life, worked very hard, and lived for her grandchildren … She was the peacemaker in the family, the one you would call if there was a problem and she would be there in a snap.
Why life deals us this kind of blow … is unthinkable. I know she will always be in my heart, and I will honor her memory always. You are now our angel, Pam, and we will never forget you!
